Description
Hotel for Sale in Diso (LE)
An extraordinary tourist-accommodation complex, currently under construction, set in a privileged position with breathtaking views over the Adriatic Sea and the picturesque village of Castro. The project includes the development of ten residential units, distributed across five buildings on a total area of 6,550.00 sqm.The land, naturally sloping towards the coastal road connecting Castro and Tricase, offers direct access from the road leading from the center of Marittima, a hamlet of Diso, to the sea, which is reachable by a walk of approximately 700 meters. The total covered area of the residences is approximately 550 square meters, divided into two types:
the units on the lower side, distributed across three single-story buildings, include six residential units of about 50 square meters each;
the upper-side residences, arranged in two two-story buildings, offer four additional units, each measuring approximately 65 square meters. The design respected the natural shape of the land, ensuring that all the residences enjoy a stunning sea view.
The buildings, surrounded by olive trees and typical Mediterranean scrub, overlook the bay of Castro and were designed to reflect the style of traditional rural architecture of the Salento region. The common areas include an internal road and approximately 5,000 square meters of green space, where a 75-square-meter swimming pool, an equipped area, and walking paths immersed in the natural landscape with relaxation zones are planned. The one-bedroom apartments on the lower side feature an entrance, living/dining room with kitchenette, bathroom, hallway, and bedroom, while the two-bedroom apartments on the upper side include a second bedroom and an additional bathroom. Currently, the ten residences that make up this exclusive tourist complex are in a shell condition. Most units have already undergone the main construction work, including external thermal insulation through a cladding system and external plaster, a ventilated crawl space created with the Cupolex system, and a lightweight reinforced screed. Installation of plumbing and sewage systems has also begun, along with ongoing maintenance and cleaning of the surrounding green areas.
